The College was delighted to welcome as special guest to prize day former student and award-winning costume designer Caroline McCall.

In a warm, genuine and uplifting address, Caroline reminisced fondly on her days at Portadown College, recalling how her passion for art and costume design were nurtured by two teachers in the particular, Mrs Stella McCann and Mrs McKeivor.

The College’s musicians showcased a rich array of talent, including the orchestra’s rousing performance of ‘Mars’ from the planets Suite. The audience was charmed by the College Choirs who sang ‘A Million Dreams’ amongst other pieces.

The Principal’s report once again celebrated continued and improving academic success, commending students and their teachers. “As a College, we will continue to provide further opportunities for our students to secure further personal and collective success. Today, we proudly celebrate PC and cherish the ethos it embodies.”
